inHomeMAC was founded by Matt Moglia in January 2004. After working at Apple, Matt realized that there was a great need for “Apple specific” in-home service technicians. With a single craigslist ad inHomeMAC booked five clients and new business was born. inHomeMAC’s name came from the need to run it out of an apartment in the Oakland hills. By the second year, inHomeMAC moved to an office in Oakland and hired its first office manager and repair technician. In it’s eight years inHomeMAC has serviced 4500+ clients in the bay area and repaired over 2500 Macs. The foundation always being the same: incredible customer service, and affordable repairs.
